EMIS ADMISSION STARTS AFTER THE PROMOTION GIVEN TO ALL CLASSES BY THE EMIS TEAM STEPS FOR ALL CLASSES

START NEW ADMISSION IN EMIS

Sir/Madam,

Pls inform schools to note the following...

As instructed by EMIS state team on 13.08.2020 in INF - 0005, the schools should have moved only these terminal classes to Common pool

Primary school - V   Middle school- VIII   High school- X    Higher Sec School - XII

Before going for TC generation they should have done the following,

1. Updated TC details and saved

2. Selected reason for TC and submitted 

3. Viewed the student TC in Past Student List  

(pls inform that TC can be edited only twice after saving)

 MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pls inform schools not to promote any student to the next class in EMIS portal until we get instructions from the state EMIS team

Let them gather the new admission  students details in student profile format for time being
After receiving proper guidelines from your high authorities only , promote the students and start new admission for the academic year 2020-2021.

HOW TO ADMIT STUDENTS FROM 2 STD TO 12 STD FROM OTHER STUDENTS IN COMMON POOL ?

Use only the common pool to search the students from 2 std to 12 std and don't use new admission.

HOW TO RAISE REQUEST TO STUDENTS IN OTHER SCHOOLS ?
